Welcome to People Themes!
By using our website and subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before starting your subscription. These terms govern your use of the peoplethemes.com website and the digital products provided by us.

1. Subscription and Access

People Themes operates on a subscription-based model. We offer two main plans:

  • Monthly Subscription
  • Yearly Subscription

All-Access Pass: Unlike traditional marketplaces where you purchase themes individually, a People Themes subscription grants you access to our entire library of Ghost themes. As long as your subscription is active, you are entitled to download and use any theme available in our marketplace.

Access Termination: Upon the expiration or cancellation of your subscription, your right to download new themes or access updates for previously downloaded themes will cease. However, you may continue to use the themes already installed on your websites.

2. License Terms

By maintaining an active subscription, you are granted a license to use our themes under the following conditions:

  • Unlimited Usage: You may install and use our themes on unlimited websites and domains, whether for personal use or client projects, provided your subscription remains active.
  • Modifications: You are permitted to modify the theme source code to fit the specific needs of your project.
  • Restrictions: You may not share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense our theme files (original or modified). You may not offer our themes as part of another product, bundle, or marketplace.

3. Intellectual Property

All themes, designs, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of People Themes. Your subscription grants you a limited usage license; it does not transfer ownership of the digital products to you.

4. Updates and Support

  • Updates: We provide continuous updates, including bug fixes, feature enhancements, and compatibility adjustments for new Ghost CMS versions. Access to these updates is only available to users with an active subscription.
  • Support: Active subscribers have access to our email-based support. Support includes assistance with theme functionality and configuration. It does not include custom development, code modifications, or server/hosting troubleshooting.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, our trusted payment provider. We do not store or collect any credit card or payment information. Stripe is responsible for handling all payment processing, billing, and security in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our "All-Access" marketplace, refunds are generally not provided once themes have been accessed or downloaded. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis (e.g., technical defects that cannot be fixed) within 14 days of the initial purchase.

6. Compatibility

Our products are built exclusively for Ghost CMS. We guarantee compatibility with the latest stable versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We are not responsible for conflicts caused by third-party plugins or outdated CMS versions.

7. Limitation of Liability

People Themes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or data) arising from the use or inability to use our themes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription term.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
